The Girl's Jolene Turtleneck Dress and Top features long sleeves, flared dress hem, mock or full turtleneck and the option of making a dress or a top! You could even leave off the turtleneck and add a neckband and have a whole new look, too! To add a neckband sew your top or dress, measure around the neckline, multiply by .9 and cut a strip 2 inches tall by that width! Sew into a loop, fold top down to meet the bottom with WRONG sides together, then attach!
