Drawstring Sleeve Sweater pdf sewing pattern

Drawstring Sleeve Sweater PDF sewing pattern for Women XS-XXXL

Have you been browsing all over Pinterest and Instagram looking for that next Fall trend? I'm sure you have seen this Vince Camuto sweater here or this one with bell sleeves here. Well these are fabulous of course, but coming from a crafty person with a sewing machine (just like you!) don't you look at it and think, "I can make that!" So, I started sketching out some designs and made a pattern for it here! Inspiration pics below:

I thought about all the things that you all would want and tried to add them as best I could! First off I added a high/low hem option. You can always use the straight front and back cutting lines, but for a trendier look (and to cover up the booty) I added the high /low hem option for the back. It gives it more flow and visual appeal, too! The drawstring sleeves take the cake on this one! I just love how you can raise the sleeve or lower it by tying your sleeves tighter, or making them looser. When you print, don't be surprised to see the sleeves are quite long. That is because I wanted the sleeve gathering to be at your elbow and below, whereas if I just used a regular length sleeve it would have pushed the sleeves halfway up to your elbow...not the look we wanted, right? So I modified and changed it until I came up with THIS knockout pattern! What do you think??

The Drawstring Sleeve Sweater PDF Sewing Pattern for Women - high/low hem, drawstring sleeves, neckband and simple hem! You can totally do it, don't you think?

Here are some pics to get you as excited as I am! What do you think? Are you ready to make one?? Grab it here if so!!

A HUGE THANK YOU to all my sweet ladies that tested!! I could not have done it without your hard work and fit pics until it was just right!!

Happy Sewing!
