Do you want to sew a new coat for yourself this season that is simple to make, yet stylish and modern? Then The Esplanade Coat for Women is just for you! This sewing pattern will help you sew a raglan sleeve, large collared coat with long sleeves, inseam pockets (optional) and an optional faux double breasted style that is fully lined! The front left and right linings are made in your main fabric so when the collar is folded back, your main fabric is shown! *You can also make yours with your lining on the entire inside of the jacket instead to give yours a pop of color when the collar is folded back! Make it exactly as you want it!

Petite, regular and tall hem lengths are included, along with petite and regular coat widths. The raglan sleeves make this coat quick to create and there is no gathering and insetting of the sleeves. Simply pin and sew!

The Women's Esplanade Coat is an intermediate sewing pattern. The raglan sleeves make it easy to assemble. You will need to create 3 buttonholes and sew on 3 or 6 buttons depending on your style preference.

Imagine this in black, gray, burgundy, gold, brown or tan in your favorite corduroy, wool, wool blend or medium weight cotton blend or similar fabric for fall or winter! line it in fleece for extra warmth or a regular poly or cotton lining!
