Do you love to change the look of your purse with each season or think about making purses with gorgeous fabric that catches your eye? This Slouch Bag sewing pattern lets you choose any of your favorite fabrics and turn it into a fully lined bag that looks anything but handmade!

The Slouch Bag Pattern features interior and exterior pockets (optional), is fully lined, has a side strip of fabric to give it depth, two strap options (shoulder length or cross-body length), D ring hardware to hold the straps and can be made with or without premade fringe or a tassel!

The Slouch Bag Pattern features full size pattern pieces for the bag front and back, strap connectors and pockets. The side strip and straps do not have pattern pieces since they are made with rectangles so the dimensions are given.

The Slouch Bag can be made in your favorite woven/cotton, leather, butter suede, suede, linen blend, faux leather and more!

Fabric Needed:

Main fabric and lining fabric: ½ yard to ¾ yard fabric depending on material width

Notions: ½ yard fusible medium weight stabilizer,
2 D-rings, 1 magnetic snap closure (optional), 18 inches premade fringe (optional), premade tassel
(optional), 1 lobster claw (optional if you are adding the tassel), printer, sewing machine, thread,
iron, scissors
