The Women’s Swing Dress pattern is quick and easy to make and can be made with your favorite knit, matte jersey, cotton lycra, jersey silk, silk, peach skin, stretch lace or similar knit fabrics with great drape. You can make this in a cotton/voile or similar, flowy fabric when you size up. Pair this with strappy heels or flats for two different looks or wear it with a jean jacket and leggings with boots for cooler weather. It also makes a great swim cover up!

Petite and regular width and petite, regular or long length hem options are included.

Fabric needed: 2 yards – 2 and 1/8 yards fabric for dress; 7/8 yards fabric for bodice lining OR 2 yards lining fabric for full length dress lining.

Materials: scissors, iron, sharpie or chalk for tracing, pins, measuring tape or straight edge, coordinating thread, sewing machine, tape, fabric marker, jersey ballpoint needle (for knits if you are using knit fabric), walking foot (optional for sewing with knits)
